Beef bourguignon

My flat smells like a  t̶e̶e̶n̶’̶s̶ ̶s̶p̶i̶r̶i̶t̶ wine. Because today I cooked “Beef bourguignon”, traditional french dish. Recipe was from one website don’t remember the actual address but I may say that dish is quite tasty, especially beef. Beef was so juicy with wine taste. I noticed that I missed some mistakes during cooking:

  • Sauce was not thick, because added to much wine
  • Fat was not so tasty as I expected, so better don’t add it
  • Forgot about spices and garlic
  • Added few tomatos

Anyway I think it’s good start. Next time I try to correct my mistakes and maybe provide my own recipe. Sure, to make you envy I will add photo.

ImageThis is how beef bourguignon looks, but it’s more tasty than view. Yummy! The main two options are: cooking doesn’t take too much time and you do not need mad skills to cook it. If you want to cook beef bourguignon you can easily find recipe in internet, so I won’t duplicate it. Bon appetit!
